Hi all,
I have a HT-XF9000 soundbar.
I updated recently to version 2.155 and now I have a problem that prevent me to use it normally.
Indeed, twice or three times randomly in a minute, a large black bar appears a the top of the screen as if I was changing the output :
black band at the top
The problem wasn't here before the update.
This is my configuration :
NVIDIA SHIELD TV <---HDMI---> HT-XF9000 <---HDMI/ARC---> SONY KD-65XF9005 (last update)
I tried changing HDMI cables => problem is still here
I switched every option I can to "off" (eARC, etc ...) => problem is still here
I changed the configuration removing the soundbar : NVIDIA SHIELD TV <---HDMI---> SONY KD-65XF9005 (last update) => then everything comes back to normally
So the problem is the last update.
What can I do ?
How can I downgrade ? I tried but the system refused.
At the moment, I removed the soundbar from th TV.
I am disgusted.
Any ideas ?

Hi,
Most likely this issue is related to the TV. Please turn off the info banner in the TV settings to get rid of it.
Engineers are currently investigating the root-cause for this issue.
Cheers
Peter

Thanks for your response.
In between, I change my configuration with this :
NVIDIA SHIELD TV <---HDMI---> SONY KD-65XF9005 <---HDMI/ARC---> HT-XF9000
and it works too.
Waiting for the next update then.
Thanks

I can now go back to my ideal setup.
