We have tried downloading ITVX on the above tv and have failed,we contacted talktalk and they sent a new freeview
box which didnt allow us to record and stopped our Sony sound bar working, we are at a loss to know what to do
do you have any suggestions, surely a company such as Sony should be able to have this facility.
Do we have a purchase a new tv to get this programme.
