Your escalation is still being dealt with, but it can take
a little time as it has to be passed to regional departments
which is why they may not have telephoned you yet.
I have asked for confirmation as to what is happening next and
I will let you know if I hear anything, but as I said in the other
thread this may not be until after the weekend.
