Sent my rx100 mk in for repair to a company. they apparently sent it to Sony themselves who repaired it and serviced it. The repair was excellent. My question is, could i have sent it directly to Sony myself? All the company i sent it to did was to act as a middle man and put an ammount on top for themselves.
