Hello!
I purchased 2 Sony DVD RW 8cm discs today, still in packaging, but guy specified that it’s old. Whenever I put either one in the van, I get the error message “disc error, remove disc”.
Both discs are clean and scratch free however, the top side has these hard specs on it and wondering if that’s the dye corroded?
I’d like reassurance that it’s a disc issue and not a manufacturer problem. Can anyone help me with this?
