How do I download videos from my bloggie to an external hard drive using a PC?

I have been unsuccessful at downloading video files to my external hard drive from the bloggie.  I can get my pictures to export perfectly fine; but not vidoes.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you getting an error message when you are trying to export videos to the external HDD? If not, in theory as long as you can see the videos on your PC, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get these onto the external media. Any additional information that you can give me about your situation and setup would be great and I will look into this further for you. Alternatively, if you cannot even get them off the Bloggie and onto your PC then please let me know.
