I own a camcorder DCR-SR35E, when you drag data from the camera to the PC followed by significant deterioration of image quality.

You advise someone?

Hi Pavel, welcome to the Sony Forums

Rather than dragging the files to your hard drive, try using image viewer software to manage the download.
