Hi, I hope it is, I purchase TV from currys.
@PHIL1961 Contacting Currys is the best way you can do that.
Also if you're using a VPN, proxy, or any kind of network solution that would make the TV think you're in a different country, you can try disabling those.
Hi, I finally sorted the issue out.
I did a factory reset and that did it, now working great.
