I dear I lost my Tv remote. I bought new one from Amazon but it doesn’t work properly. I need original remote. Does anyone can help me about this issue!!

Sony have been making TVs for years and numerous different models of TVs with different remote controls.

The first thing we need to know is which model of TV you have, it can be found on the white label on the back

of the TV, or through the Settings menu on screen (Settings> Help & Feedback> Help for my TV, yours may be different).

Unless of course you know the model number of the remote you lost.

If you post these details we may discover which remote control you need and if it is still available.

Alternatively once you have the model number of your TV you can do an internet search such as,

Sony <model number> remote control.
