I live in Switzerland and use a digicard CI+ to get my TV programmes - for some reason on certain channels the subtitles do not remain turned off even though I have done many times the set-up/followed guidelines. Is there a software update needed to make sure subtitles that are turned off remain turned off? Many thanks!
