New tv, working fine for last 3 weeks, now apps are all jumbled up ie when I click on bbc I player “Chili” channel comes up and so forth on other apps. Please advise

Please note you don’t have an Android TV, it is Linux covered by the Other TV forum. However it is interesting that your are not the first to report this on a Linux TV. It may be better to report this to Sony UK Support as it may be a general problem that they are not aware of.
