Slanting backwards

Hi Guys,

I recently bought an Sony Android TV (model KD-77AG9), and after the installation I saw that it was slightly slanting backwards. I have checked with a level spirit the floor and the furniture on which it sits and everything is flat. Even the flat stand of the TV itself is level. I also checked the screws that fix the stand to the TV and its tight. I dont have a problem when watching it as It cannot be seen from the front. I have called Sony and the customer service is saying that it is not a manufacturers fault and is not covered by the warranty. I told them that how can it not be covered if the hardware has a problem? They have answered that they haven't had that kind of issue with their TVs so far as its the 1st time someone has complained about that.  Just wanted to ask if anyone has encountered any such problems and what to do? Help please.

Hi @SanjA.

As @rooobb said, this is a part of the design language rather than a fault.
