Program List on KDx8509c , no longer working

Hi all, 
I used to be able to export / import an edited program list ,due to weekly hard resets deleting the list

but since the previous update the menu option is now grey and i cant select it.
the march update didnt return the option, so wondered does anyone know the file location for the sdb.xml file?

Im using the 2 satellite feeds for my channels
