A line of missing pixels on my 3 month old Brava 4K KD-55XD9305 which can disappear when turned off and back on again is this a permeant issue that will require it to go back to sony?
If you have a whole line of 'dead' pixels on the screen, this would indicate that the TV needs inspecting/repairing from an authorised Sony repair centre as its most likely a hardware fault.
