KDL-43W756C problems with usb

Hi just bought a sony KDL-43W756C about 1 week ago I have noticed that i cannot access my usb stick in any of the ports and cant record to usb hdd. Does anyone one know anything about this as i have looked at manual on tv and sony website but cant find a solution to these problems Thanks

Hi thanks for info i contacted sony about this and they said to do factory reset which i did and i can now read usb drives
