Purchased in November 2020 since software updates have not been able to access Teletext BBC. Have tried numerous resets and complete factory reset still no Teletext.It is available on set top box.
I see by the full specifications and features listed on Sony Website it should have Teletext.
Are Sony in breach of the Trades Description Act 1968 while advertising a service that is not available?
As for the BBC they are not closing the Teletext service just trimming it down.
