KD43XH8596 does not play after factory setting and HDD does not work

Good day. I still have problems with time recording to the 500GB HDD hard drive. The program does not load in the time recording, only when the TV is running, but not in the time setting. I have the latest software, I tuned in the TV and satellite, but when released, only the info of the last channel lights up, otherwise the picture is gray. The TV only plays after a reset. Can you give us more information so we can have a better understanding of what's going on? You can also upload a video as unlisted to YouTube and share the link here for us to see.

PS: Latest version is v6.5042, make sure that's the one you have instead of just checking for an update as the TV can't see it sometimes.

Hello.
The TV works for me, the DiseqC satellite was misconfigured. I can't do time recording. When the TV is released, the show is recorded on a 500 GB HDD. When I use time recording with the help of Guide or Rec list where I set the recording manually, I turn off the TV with the controller, so the show is not recorded for me. I have the latest software v6.5042.

Try clearing the cached data (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then restart by holding power and give it another shot.
