ITV player app doesn’t work

Hi,

we have just got the new 2020 Sony Bravia tv & can’t get the itv hub app to accept our region, so we’ve had to add our fire stick back to the tv to watch it?

also can’t get Disney+ app or now tv! 

any suggestions??

Which 2020 TV are we talking about here? Do you have the latest software version installed?

I've seen many users recommending choosing different regions, and that the STV app might be available instead of ITVHub, but I rarely watch channels personally so I can't confirm/try this myself.
