Hi @Mohammad

The TV has been designed to be left in Standby. We can only speculate, like the constant power recycling could adversely impact on the components. Obviously turning the power off at night may save some energy, but balance that against the extra power used to boot up.

Hi there

Electronic devices are designed to go into standby, or soft off mode.

As @LightFoot  stated its true that constant full power downs and power ups will stress the components and shorted their life cycle, in exactly the same way it would with components in a computer.

Only ever turn it off by the remote power button unless its for the purpose of a full reset power cycle, at the end of the day this is why Sony has Eco modes and it is designed to use very little power anyway in standby so i really wouldnt worry about it.
