How do I turn off narration for blind on Sony Bravia TV
My Sony Bravia KD43X H81 96
has just started providing narration when I watch tv programmes. Please can someone tell me how to turn this off. Most online advice mentions buttons and search categories my tv doesn’t have. In fact my remote doesn’t even have a menu button. Any help very much appreciated, as this is driving me mad! Many thanks.

Try an Audio button.
Might be part of the audio settings.

(Edit wasn’t working - please ignore the above).
This feature is called Audio Description.

You probably toggled it on by pressing Mute for too long, and if so, you should try pressing this again for just over 3 seconds, which will toggle it off again.
If not, look for it under Accessibility and toggle it off again.

Thank you so much - yes, that works! Do you know where the menu is hidden by any chance, as there’s not a button on the remote?

Glad you were able to fix it!
For where the menu is, open the link I gave above, as this suggests the answer.
