When trying to play anything on Amazon the playback always plays in fast forward and no sound, no way to adjust playback speed. Have untidtalled app cleared data /cache everything .
tv is up to date with uploads.
Even when screen casting from my iPhone after checking it works on the device when on the tv it is in fast forward.
can anyone help as Sony help seems impossible
