2015 Bravia Android TV - Can't change digital TV channels

Hi,

I have a brand new KDL-43W805C Android TV. I can't change digital tv channels. Analogue is fine.

Numbers or the up and down keys don't work. 

Is there a solution/fix?

Hi,

Analogue and digital both through a roof antenna. If that is what you meant? I can change channels on analogue fine but not on digital. On diigtal it stays with whatever station I put top in the list. Has been like this since the start. Have restarted etc.

What country are you located in? 

Also, when you did a restart, did you either unplug the tv or press the power button on the remote control for about 5-10 seconds?

Hi,

Fixed it! - it was related to youview which I can't have anyway - I had started the installation process and as it didn't work thought that was that. However, it turns out it was up but not running. So once I disabled it everything worked!
