Does anyone know if there are any updates for the equipment in question, camera is now on ver. 4.00, and lens is now V. 02. Many thanks. (Sony a7rm2, Sony 24-70mm f2.8. GM)

The latest firmware update for the α7R II is Ver.4.00.
