what do you mean by flushing?

PCC its no longer supported you have to use XC

Welcome to the community!

As @uliwooly mentioned PC Companion is no longer supported, it has been replaced with Xperia Companion.

By "flushing" your device, do you mean reinstalling and/or resetting your device? If that is the case, a software repair using Xperia Companion might be what you are looking for. Otherwise a factory reset can be performed by going to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset.
