Sony Z2 tablet query

I got a Z2. Tablet for my birthday and I have ccustomised my home screen, but when I switched it back on it had gone back to the screens that the shop had, it is an ex display model. I have deactivated the retail demo and I did do a factory reset, is there anything else I should do to save my customization on my home screens?

Hi @Jane721 and welcome to the Community

It seems like you have done everything that should have sorted it out.

Tapping on the homescreen once you have selected themes / wallpapers / widgets should close the sidebar

and save your selections.
