      <title>VGN-AR71M Trouble with  BC5500A drive</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to open the cd/dvd/bluray and it said that 'cannot open tray of optical drive so popke a paper clip in (which works) In device manager it says this cannot start (code 10) please refer to manufacturer. I have tried unbinstalling etc with no luck. (Brand new computer vista home)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
