      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a VPCZ21M9E laptop that keeps disconnecting from my new BT Hub.&amp;nbsp; When it disconnects it says the default gateway is unavailable.&amp;nbsp; It then takes a minute to reconnect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This began to happen when I tried to activate the instant web capability by pushing the WEB button at the top of the laptop.&amp;nbsp; I also tried to activate BTfon at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have since disabled BTfon and tried unsuccessfully to disable the instant WEB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 other computers, a desk top Sony and a Macbook Air.&amp;nbsp; Neither has the same problem.&amp;nbsp; They stay connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It tends to happen during business hours and less very early or very late at night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT tells me it is the Sony laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help by telling me how to deactivate the WEB button and cCan you help by telling me how to make sure the defalt gateway can be permanantly corrected?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
