    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone out there can advise or point in the direction of a solution to the following issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have very recently purchased the 3D vaio model VPCF21Z1E and wanted to try out the 3D DVD functionality, so i purchased Puss In Boots Coral Blue Ray 3D dvd, however when i load the disk into the laptop i get the opening dreamworks screen running fine but the actual move plays the sound ok but not the film pictures, it is missing screen definition with a fragmented pictures and the film view freezes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or advice would be greatly received, as i am a bit of technophobe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi. What video player opened to view that movie?
