Hola es q tengo una cámara Sony Dsc-Hx400v y de repente c me quedo sin imagen si alguien sabe q le sucedió o sabe. La solución c lo agradecería en la pantalla me aparecen E 62 10

Thank you for your advice but just removing the battery won't help for the E:62:10 error.

You have to follow the complete procedure as explained in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S53D3EfDVk0 : switch the camera on, zoom out to the maximum, take the battery out (without switching the camera off), put the battery in, and switch the camera on again. Then the E:62:10 error message disappears and the stabilizer works again. This procedure must be repeated each time you want to use the camera.
