What date did you purchase the camera. There is a form available online for cashback claims but it depends upon the purchase date:

Just recently purchased a camcorder at Jessops advertising the cashback offer.. but the link/application to your terms and conditions only says til Aug 2011.. is there a more up to date application form for the cash back offer?

How do I claim the cash back on my recently purchased Alpha camera? Had I known how difficult and time consuming this was going to be I would NOT have bought the product. In fact, whilst I love the camera, it is now leaving a very nasty taste when I see it and I am likely to sell it, obviously at a loss, and Sony can stick their products where the sun doesn't shine!!
