importing problems from cymber-shot

I've always just put my cyber-shot into the USB on my Lenovo and imported photos. This time it's not recognising the most recent photos on the camera. It pulls up this;

F:\ - this one shows nothing

PMBPORTABLE - this doesnt work

E:\ - this one only shows photos up to one year ago

Sometimes I get an error message saying G:\\ - that I don't have an app for this.

can anyone help?

It's the Carl Zeiss from around 2011
