I cannot register my HDR-AS50. It is not in the list that appears when I start to write HDR-A.

I've had the same problem trying to register a new TV.

Others have reported similar problems.

It appears the registration system does not recognise many current product numbers, including many, if not most of the current TV range.

Other people are reporting similar problems registering products in other product categories, including cameras.

the product registration form is currently broken.

I hope it will be fixed soon.

Yes Nic is right. There is currently an issue with registering products on the Sony website, and the Sony team are investigating.
