touch screen not working flip 15a

Hi Guys

I think I made a huge mistake and just bought the Sony Multiflip 15A and appeal of it is very fast disappearing.

I have problems with my touch screen which are really annoying to be nice about it.

The touch screen does not work properly and while I would like to keep it I will have to return to Sony if it can not be fixed.

I have installed the upgrade 8.1.

I have tried setting the HID to auto with no result.

I have installed the latest BIOS and updated all Sony and Microsoft updates.

I have updated the graphics card.

I have just run out of patience.

I really would appreciate all help.
