Sony HT=XF 9000 Soundbar

I have just bought and set up the Sony HT-XF9000 soundbar with my Sky Q box and have come across this problem. The Sky Q remote switches on my Samsung QE49Q6 TV and the Sky Q box but not the soundbar. That has to be switched on separately. Once on, everything works fine even with a display on the TV when altering volume or bass levels. All three will then switch off with the Sky Q remote.

The setup is arc to arc with the TV and soundbar.

I have checked all settings on the soundbar and even done a complete reset.

I have contacted Sony but they have not been able to come up with a solution.

Can anyone on this forum help, please or is this just an issue with the Sky Q remote and the soundbar that I will have to live with?
