I was told they were unable to generate one and they have had to request the code directly from the manufacturer, which, apparently, takes 10 days.</P><P>Has anyone else come across this problem and is there a way to get the code directly from Sony? I'm keen not to wait 10 days if it's not necessary. By the way I have the Xperia Z3 Compact.
