You will need to change in Windows so you enter a password instead of a PIN code when connecting your computer to your hotspot. You can find the random generated password, or change it to something that is easier to type in if you follow the instructions below.

Find and tap Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot & tethering.
Tap Portable hotspot settings > Configure hotspot.
Tap "Show password" and enter this password, or change it something else.
