      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Xperia X dual reboots a lot. It doesn't matter if i use him or it's just lying on the tablle. I tried to reset to factory settings 3 times and it didn't help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If factory reset does not do the trick then do a software repair with xperia companion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is more thorough.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After software repair do NOT restore all your apps, just the most urgently needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that resolves your problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Software repair doesn't work ,it starts and then appears error message. I tried 3 times , then i made factory reset and software repair still error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1251022"&gt;@Vladimir5&lt;/A&gt;!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There was a unexpected behaviour with the network and the previous version of the Xperia Companion program, so uninstall the version you have on your computer at the moment and download it again on the link below and you should be able to perform the software repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperia-companion/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperia-companion/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the device keeps restarting after removing your SIM and SD cards and after performing a software repair, your device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre and your &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Local support team&lt;/A&gt; will assist you further with having it sent it in.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Feel free to keep us posted!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Made software repair and took out SIM card. And after 20 hours it starts rebooting again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
