I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with your XZ.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before doing a hard reset can you please try forcing a shut down by holding the power button and the volume up button at the same time, then starting the phone without an SD card and SIM card, and see if it will boot up?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is still doing the same thing, then you can perform a &lt;A href="http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/td-p/1103057/jump-to/first-unread-message" target="_blank"&gt;software repair&lt;/A&gt; to hard reset it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , already did everything u said in ur reply and didnt work i does still dosent boot , already tried to repais with Xperia companien 4 times , it goes all the way but when i start it does the same gets sutcked on boot&lt;/P&gt;</description>
