My XZ started boot looping, cant start it.

My Xperia XZ when i was in a call stoped and started to try to reboot, but it got stuck in a boot looping, what can i do?? how can i hard reset it.

Hi @Cvieira,

Welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with your XZ.

Before doing a hard reset can you please try forcing a shut down by holding the power button and the volume up button at the same time, then starting the phone without an SD card and SIM card, and see if it will boot up?

If it is still doing the same thing, then you can perform a software repair to hard reset it.

Hi , already did everything u said in ur reply and didnt work i does still dosent boot , already tried to repais with Xperia companien 4 times , it goes all the way but when i start it does the same gets sutcked on boot

In that case, I recommend you contact your Local support team to have your phone assessed.
