SIM not read by phone

Hello guys
My Xperia t3 is not reading the sim card
It's keeps asking me to insert sim card
What shall I do???

Hi @Amirt3, I'm sorry to hear that.

Have you been able to test your phone with another SIM card, to verify that this sin't caused by a faulty SIM?

If it doesn't work with another SIM card either then you need to get your phone repaired. Your Local support team can provide you with more information on where to find an authorised service center.

Yah I've tried many sim cards with same result

Unfortunately it's gonna cost a lot of money to fix it

I thought maybe if I make a new software it could help
But I needed to hear from someone who maybe have an experience with this kind of phone problems

If you suspect that this is software related you can try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will reinstall the latest available software version for your phone.

My name is chris and I pretty new to the world of explotation I have a sony xperia t3 open boot loader and rooted by king root. It is an old contract phone, provider EE. They have blocked it some how so it does not read sim and at the top of the phone it has two red x on the sim can you help or point me in the right direction
