topic Double beep for every notification while on a call in XPERIA archive

While I'm on a call no matter what setting I have my phone on (vibrate or ringer) I will receive a double beep notification while on a call. This is dumb and frustrating. No one on phone support could help me. I have factory restored my phone and it does the same thing still. I'm returning this phone if no one call help me.

You can take a look here:

http://userguide.sonymobile.com/referrer.php?region=global-en&product=xperia-z1#!Sound-ringtone-and-volume.html

Really have no idea if that can be changed.
