Do you mean the Contacts app no longer shows on your home screen? If so, you would need to go into your main menu, press and hold the Contacts app until the home screen appears, drag the icon to where you would like it to be on the home screen and let go.

If this is the case, and you believe that you are unable to find the contacts icon which should be located either on one of the four corners or within the application drawer, a Factory Data Reset will need to be performed. Follow the directions below,

Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset (note: this will remove all data from the handsets memory but will not touch a SIM card or memory stick.)

That will definately work

I am simply providing an answer to the query based on the information you have provided throughout this thread, you advised that you are unable to find the contacts icon which looks like a red phone on a white folder, there are two places this can be located on one of the four corners or the second within the applications drawer.

Here is a note directly from the X10 Mini user guide relating to shortcuts to applications

The items in the applications panes are not shortcuts to the applications but the actual

applications. When you move an application from the applications panes to corners or vice versa,

the actual application gets moved and not shortcut. There are no shortcuts to the applications.
