Is there any option to block private numbers and unsaved numbers?

Sorry maybe this is a dummy question, but I really need some solution because I often got harassment calls from the same person with unknown number.

No, but you could download an app for that or you can contact your carrier network and request for all blocked/unknown numbers to be blocked.
