Hi @vaibhav3, welcome to our forum!

I'm afraid that the Xperia U has reached its end of support and you can no longer update it and our program Xperia Companion does not support this phone model so you won't be able to perform a software repair either.

Hi @zorro4711, sorry to hear that you feel this way.

However, the Xperia U was released in May of 2012, which makes it a bit over five years old and unfortunately devices will reach their end of support at some point.
