Xperia Neo V touch issues

Hello it's my first post

Been using neo v since 4 years and it's fine..until recently I was using super jellybean rom...everything was fine but when phone is charging...when battery reaches +80%.. touch stops responding. I need to give multiple inputs, say 5 to 6 times to make it normal 😕 😕

But couple of days back..I flashed stock GB ROM and flashed Gin2KK...It worked fine until from yesterday the touch doesn't react immediately...say I
I need to slide in lockscreen lot of times..Same with calls and alarms too...but once it starts responding it works fine until it goes to standby..

Really loved this phone PLEASE ADDRESS MY PROBLEM

UPDATE recently I switched to stock 2GB memory card..and still have the problem

I assume it might be a driver issue..so please anyone who has perfectly working NeoV (mt11i) please upload that driver.

Any help is appreciated
