This will not delete any SMS or MMS messages that you have sent or received!<BR /><BR />Do do that, go to Settings &gt; Apps &gt; and scroll to the right until you end up at the menu called "All", scroll down and find Messaging, tap on it and tap on "Clear data" &gt; OK.<BR /><BR />If there is no change after the application data has been reset, try rebooting your phone in <A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1">safe mode</A>.
