This will not delete any SMS or MMS messages that you have sent or received!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do do that, go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; and scroll to the right until you end up at the menu called "All", scroll down and find Messaging, tap on it and tap on "Clear data" &amp;gt; OK.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no change after the application data has been reset, try rebooting your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;. That way we can make sure that a downloaded application isn't the cause of this!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Messaging stopped</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im using sony t2 ulta dual sim, it was working all good until today, because suddenly while sending a message it stopped working, i mean when i try open the message icon it says, "unfortuantely messaging has stopped" i have restarted the phone but the problem presists.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
