Headphone mode stuck xperia t2

My Xperia T2 Ultra stuck in headphone mode with no sound .I'm on Android 5.1.1. Please help have tried safe mode and clear data in smart connect and it didin't work for me.
Ps:it's been worked on andriod 4.2.2

Thanks,but I have tried to clean it , even when I removed it still headphone mode stuck

repair the phone with XC, if that doesn't work then contact your Local support
