Urdu Language Support Issue

I'm very amazed with Sony.. That even after all these years they are unable to get languages support which is a basic need... till now there is no urdu support.. No urdu keyboard even...
I was very excited to convert to Sony but Selling my device on the very next day with the loss of 200$

Welcome to the community,

I am sorry to hear this, however please be aware that some languages may not be added to all variants of software. This is generally based on the country origin that the device was meant for. In some cases a language may not be added at all.

You can download keyboards from the playstore that supply this language, I performed a simple search on the Playstore and array of options appeared.
