Camera disappeared

I disabled from the camera settings the QuickButton, as camera goes on a quite easelly from the login screen of 4.3

The end result is that I cannor get camera on. The camera button doesn't work nor I cannot find the camera app 😞

I do get camera working with the additional app but via those cannot get into original settings.

I _reallty_ would not like to reinstall the whole FW, any hints how to get access to the standard camera app ???

There should be an app called camera,the same like you would quick launch it.From there,enable quick launch.

go to settings > apps> all> the app u disabled will b there at the bottom of the list...find it tap it and then enable it so simple never panic its the world created by humans and we bettr know how to amend things

Hi,

Under the All

There is 'Xperia camera extension' and the 'Camera Common' & 'Camera extension'

The only option seems to disable i.e. they are available

Though I found the solution! Search Application-Camera ; the Camera started and I was able to solve the problem. Still I have no Camera Icon available on the All Applications view but with camera button it starts???

You are correct, the Camera application is there but with the of phone's set-up language (in my case 'Kamera'). That's why I couldn't find it amoung the others.

This was the best solution and very easy too. Go to

Settings

Apps

'All' or there maybe a tab named 'Disabled'

Find the 'Camera' app and click 'Enable'.

Chances are you disabled the camera app when you were trying to make some space on your phone.
