my sony xperia keeps turning on and off and i cant do anything

My phone keeps on turning on and off i have tried to fix it but i can't, i think it may have something to do with memory but still ...... i tried pc compain but it would nt detect or fix is there any other options available its been happening for over a month please help i haven't been able to use it propley i cant even go on my settings to factory reset any help will be greatfull .

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to start the phone without SIM- and SD-card?

Otherwise, I suggest that you boot your phone into safe mode:

If there are no improvement, a software repair via PC Companion would be recommended:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

Hi!

My Xperia C2305 is not switching ON.....Whenever I press power button it starts for 1s then off................... first it was showing Encryption unsucessful when I tried to reboot the phone ,It got stuck showing SONY in the display.........
