Software Update Issue

I have a xperia v phone ... and the mobile asked me to update the software with the new one which is called 9.2.A.1.210 ...

So i started downloading the update using WIFI ... and when it reaches 99% ... a message appears { couldnt download } ..

i repeated this process more than once .. but no use .. please help me

Have you tried to perform the software update while connected to another Wi-Fi network?

Otherwise, I suggest that you perform a software update via your PC. You can do this with our program PC Companion:

Download and install PC Companion at your PC, connect your phone and you will get further information in PCC.

Thnxxxxx alot.. The phone was updated after installing the pc companion.. Really I appreciate. Your reply... The phone become more faster and attractive.
